Please note that the following lead times are typical estimates. Our workload can fluctuate, especially right now during the holiday season, which may impact these estimates.


If you require a quicker turnaround than our standard lead times, consider our rush services.


All timing below is for Business Days (M-F) and exclude weekends and holidays.

Need it faster? We’ll try to accommodate your project deadline and schedule, however the above rush fees will apply. Rush service may not be available due to current workload. Note: not all services (metal, canvas printing, framing) are not available to for rush service.

Shipping Info

  • PAPER PRINTS-ONLY SHIPPING

    Choose this if you are ordering unframed (loose) prints on paper or rolled up canvas. 

    • 2-7 business days in transit depending on distance. We use either UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail.
    • EXCLUDES any order with canvas wraps, print mounting, framing, matting, facemounting, metal prints, or any other rigid media.
    • Orders over $500 may incur extra freight costs. (We will contact you with shipping and freight options).

    Note: If you are ordering framed prints / metal prints / stretched canvas you must choose Mounted Prints / Frames / Canvas shipping method.

  • UPS 2-DAY AIR

    • Choosing UPS 2-day Air changes the shipping speed only: If you select UPS 2-day Air as your shipping method, it means that your order will be delivered to you within two business days after it’s shipped.
    • UPS 2-Day does not change production times: Regardless of the shipping method you choose, the standard production time for your order remains unchanged.
    • Need an order completed in less than normal turnaround time? Choose one of our Rush turnaround options in addition to 2-day shipping:
    • Not available for framed prints & stretched canvas. 

  • GROUND - MOUNTED PRINTS/FRAMES/CANVAS

    Choose this option if you are ordering framed prints, canvas prints, or metal prints. 


    • Rate calculated based on product and size.
    • 2-7 business day transit depending on distance.
    • Orders over $500 may incur extra freight costs. (We will contact you with shipping and freight options).

  • ALASKA, HAWAII AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Shipping billed at cost for all orders destined for addresses outside of the continental USA.

  • OVERSIZE PACKAGES

    Any mounted prints or rigid media (framed prints, mounted prints, canvas wrap prints, etc) over 30″ x 40″ will require an oversize packing/crating fee which will be billed separately after your order is submitted. If you choose curbside pickup, oversize fees do not apply. 

  • CUSTOMS INFORMATION

    Shipper (Candela Fine Art Printing) is not responsible for duties, fees, or taxes required for international shipping.

  • SHIPPING QUOTES

    Due to the unpredictable costs associated with larger orders and international shipping, we charge actual shipping costs in several instances: 

    • International Orders
    • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
    • Bulk Orders
    • Large format rigid/framed prints, canvas wraps, metal prints.
